**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle Incoming and Outbound calling for customer service.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive.
- Communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Maintain Call quality as per the quality parameters.
- Maintain average call handling time (AHT).
- Good writing skills.
- Assist the customer in placing the order.
- Fluency in English. (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Oriya/Bengali) is an addition not mandatory.
- Team player
- Complete assigned work on a daily basis.
- Shift Adherence.

**Required Skills**:

- Fixed CTC (15k to 22k) i.e. 1.8L to 2.64L per annum
- Job Location
- CMH Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore

- 6 days a week and the week-off will be on weekdays.

- Morning/Evening/Night Shift

**Experience**:

- L1: Fresher’s.
- L2: Experienced (2-4 yrs.)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (mandatory)
- (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Oriya/Bengali) is an addition not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
