**Responsibilities**:
Looking for a passionate individual who is willing to make a significant impact, deeply cares about the wellbeing of patients.

1. Initial onboarding of customers while taking ownership of fulfilling all required deliverables during the start of the program.

2. Work with Operations, Marketing and other teams to execute tasks that drive the experience of customers.

3. Understanding our product and program well to be able to resolve customer escalations quickly and maintain satisfaction and trust.

4. Work alongside dieticians, doctors and rest of the care team to get all the required information from the customers during the program for driving medical outcomes. 5. Maintain and nurture relationships with customers. Follow-up in intervals to

understand their progress, pain points. In case of emergency situations is able to closely work with the relevant team to help patients appropriately

6. Owning the entire relationship with assigned patients, including onboarding, service delivery, retention and satisfaction.

7. Establish relationships with patients, ensure timely service delivery and reduce churn.

8. Addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals. 9. Taking care of a lot of internal operations (multi-functional coordination). 10. Having great ownership on patients (customer) problems.

**Qualifications**:
1. Has excellent customer relationship management skills.

2. Has Bachelor’s degree and excellent written and verbal communication (Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, English (must have) Other South Indian languages(preferrable))

3. Has good Excel/Google sheet knowledge.

4. Attitude of a team player who can easily adapt to a dynamic environment of startup. 5. Willingness to learn with an incredible team and Is a hustler with 'get things done' attitude, is comfortable with a fast moving start-up environment and can multitask. 6. Preferred if he or she is from a health background and understands how to talk to patients and doctors
