Provide legal and administrative support.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

Document management: Organize contracts, deeds, and agreements.

Compliance: Ensure property deals follow legal regulations.

Contract review: Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts.

Title verification: Support title search and resolve issues.

External liaison: Work with lawyers, banks, and regulatory bodies.

4. Document Management

Use a secure Document Management System (DMS).

Follow confidentiality and legal retention policies.

5. Legal Compliance

Monitor compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Review contracts and perform due diligence on property transactions.

6. Communication

Internal: Collaborate with sales, finance, and property management.

External: Liaise with law firms, notaries, and government authorities.

7. Reporting and Auditing

Prepare reports on legal matters and ensure documents are audit-ready.

8. Tools

Use document management and legal research tools for efficiency.

9. Training and Confidentiality

Train staff on document handling and legal compliance.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all legal matters.
