**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an executive in our Registrar Services department. The Executive would be responsible for handling the back-office process of converting physical share certificates to dematerialized shares, coordinating with various registrars and companies, and the process diligently.

The role also involves handling queries related to lost share certificates, claiming shares from IEPF authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. We are looking for experienced individuals with a strong understanding of registrar services and excellent organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the back-office process of converting physical share certificates to dematerialized shares in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and liaise with various registrars, companies, and depositories to facilitate smooth and timely share conversion.
- Oversee the team responsible for processing and documentation related to share conversion.
- Set up and optimize processes to ensure efficient handling of share conversion and related activities.
- Handle customer queries and requests regarding lost share certificates, claiming shares from IEPF authorities, and other registrar-related matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of share conversion and related information into relevant systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and finance teams, to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices related to registrar services.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to the team, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in registrar services or capital markets will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of registrar services, dematerialization processes, and regulatory requirements related to share conversion.
- Experience in coordinating with registrars, companies, and depositories.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to set up and optimize processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Familiarity with handling queries related to lost share certificates, claiming shares from IEPF authorities, and other registrar-related matters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
