The Administrative Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions within an organization. They provide support to the management team, coordinate office operations, handle correspondence, and ensure efficient and smooth workflow. The Administrative Executive plays a critical role in maintaining a productive and well-organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff and management.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain and update organizational databases, records, and filing systems, both electronically and physically.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring availability and making procurement requests as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all administrative matters.
- Prepare and draft reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Support HR-related activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking, including processing invoices and maintaining financial records.
- Oversee and manage the reception area, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Support event planning and coordination for company functions, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing company-wide activities and initiatives.
- Stay updated on administrative best practices and tools, suggesting improvements, and implementing streamlined processes.
- Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar administrative role.
- Maintaining and updating records of sales and purchase on MIS.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff, management, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and maintain a high level of discretion and integrity.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills to address issues and find efficient solutions.
- Excellent planning and coordination abilities to manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong customer service mindset and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, record-keeping, and office management best practices.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on relevant tools, technologies, and administrative trends.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
