Ÿ To give end to end assistance to online/ offline agents on the queries on a day to day basis and business conversion

Ÿ Forecast business and identify gap areas and work with fellow colleagues in process implementation

Ÿ Coordination with destination/ reservations, hotels and transporters on conformation, amendment and cancellations.

Ÿ Managing escalations and emergency numbers

Ÿ Managing agent Whatsapp communication, mails and providing assistance

Ÿ Agent Retention

Ÿ Periodic review of accounts, business

Pre requisites

Ÿ Excellant communication skill(verbal/ written)

Ÿ Ms office, powerpoint and excel

Ÿ Exposure to tourism industry( minimum experience would be an added advantage)

Ÿ Hindi speaking ability

Ÿ Degree or diploma in any descipline( tourism related degree would be added advantage)

Ÿ Willingness to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
