**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to thoroughly comprehend their property requirements and preferences.
- Clearly and persuasively present product features and benefits to clients.
- Proactively initiate sales calls to establish connections with potential clients.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize new business deals by effectively managing requirements and contract negotiations.
- Identify potential business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach efforts.
- Set and diligently pursue yearly targets and objectives.
- Identify new opportunities through insightful analysis of business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0-1 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
