Position: Inbound / Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our inbound/outbound sales call centre team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products or services. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**The employees in this position are eligible for unlimited incentives in USD.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make inbound/outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

2. Introduce and present our products/services to prospects, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

3. Engage prospects in effective sales conversations to understand their needs and determine the best solutions to meet those needs.

4. Provide accurate and comprehensive product information to prospects, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

5. Deliver persuasive sales pitches to influence prospects to make a purchase or commit to our services.

6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate and demonstrate value propositions to potential customers.

7. Follow sales scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to the needs and preferences of each prospect.

8. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.

9. Document and update prospect information, interactions, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.

10. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.

11. Continuously develop and enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions and self-learning.

12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting sales activities.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience inbound / outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.

2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

4. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

5. Goal-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

6. Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.

7. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

8. Proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM software.

9. Strong time management and organizational skills.

10. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.

11. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
