Job Description of Customer Service Representative:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- 1) Daily to remove the 30 days due date bills on automation the SMS will be sent. Prepare a list of every Agents every sales person and send it on WhatsApp to him.

2) Call at a regular frequency to check that any dealer issues are pending from company side and sort out if any.

3) The replacement / coupon list received should be shared with department head and monitor that within 15 days the replacement is sent back and credit note is prepared.

4) To prepare the Proforma invoice as and when required and send and monitor that the amount is received by the organization in coordination with accounts person

5) Should be able to share with every dealer with a frequency of 7 days if any order is pending in the company and share on WhatsApp and ask him to send his requirements.

7) Co-ordination with internal department to solve the query received by dealer.

8) Should be able to resolve the query / inquiry / complaint of the customer if any received.

9) Sales graph of 30 top company sales dealers / distributors monthly required.

10) To monitor number of sub dealers increased or not of every agent / sales person on monthly basis.

11) Provide dispatch status by WhatsApp daily to each and every dealer as per the dispatch slip.

Salary Package : between Rs 20000 to Rs 25000 per month

Experience : 4 to 5 years minimum.

Office Location : Vasai East (Residing between Borivali and Virar)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
