Job Responsibilities:
updating customers about their shipments on mail and phone.
maintaining good relations with customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.
maintaining shipments files.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
