Course Guide (Student Support Executive) is a very integral part of the Alchemist Team. The primary responsibilities would be as follows (but not limited to...

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the point of contact for students and guide them.
- Mentor the students assigned to you throughout their Alchemist's journey by ensuring they are engaging with the product and content.
- Guide the student throughout their academic journey by directing them to right resources, valuable content and academic learning.
- Help and resolve enrolled students queries.
- Leverage multiple communication channels (call, chat, video) to mentor and engage with students and parents.
- Closely monitor and analyze students' performance dashboard to chart the overall progress of the students.
- Leverage the dashboards to share a progress report with students and parents regularly.
- Be the touch point with faculty and ensure they are supported for classes.
- Ensure classes are run smoothly and efficiently.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**

Graduate or above. Must have at least 2-4 yrs of experience in directly handling of students ( Counselling or Support ) in any coaching or educational institute or aviation training institute.
- Should have a pleasing demeanor that students feel comfortable to reach out to and good communication skill in English and Hindi languages.
- Well groomed and extremely confident with interactions. Be proactive, forthcoming and very comfortable reaching out and interacting with students.
- Comfortable working on computer.
- Have a problem solving attitude.

Note: Office Timing (10 AM - 7 PM) and Weekly off (Tuesday).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
