Our Sales Support and Administration Department in Mumbai is looking for a
Executive - Sales Support and Administration***
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinate with C&F Agents for the orders priority for that day warehouse activities
- Ensure on time dispatch of the orders receipt
- Interface between SADM for daily Invoices / documentation
- Generate / follow up on waybills for the dispatches
- To co-ordinate with Transporter for on time deliveries
- Inventory accounting in Tally on a daily basis
- To monitor all activities in warehouse which include, stacking, operations efficiency, process improvement etc.
- To co-ordinate with the team for all stock returns, RTV receipt, all Inward and do the inventory accounting and issue credit notes
- Ensure all the orders are dispatched on time
- To ensure the Inventory in updated in Tally
- Generate / follow up road permits with customers / customer agents and submit the same along with Invoice/documentation
- To co-ordinate with Transporter bookings and also for on time deliveries
- To monitor all Inbound & Outbound activities
- Monthly Basis:
- 100% Stock Audit and find out the route cause for the discrepancies if any
- SKUwise Stock Movement Reconciliation
- C&F Bill validation and submission to SADM Chennai for payment process
- Validate the Transporter performance and meeting with them for improvements
Submit the Day book for previous month to SADM Chennai for Turnover & Inventory accounting
**Your ideal profile**:
- Completed a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
- 2-3 years’ related work experience in the retail/ apparel industry
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Background in Power BI and Tally is an advantage.
- Strong and excellent communication skills
