- The purpose of your role will be to driving H-D business in assigned city, state with direct functional engagement & shared cross functional engagement:

- Sales & Related Activities -Directly

- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Driving Business Unit Performance & Deliverables - Sales (Volume & Market Share) for designated locations
- Achieve dealer wise sales volume and market share plans for the year and also periodic (monthly)
- Lead generation to maintain adequate pipeline
- Scout and meet prospects for future dealerships
- Drive the enrichment of customer experience at all dealerships

**A Day in the life**
- Executive - Sales is responsible for driving H-D business in assigned city, state with direct functional engagement & shared cross functional engagement:

- Sales & Related Activities -Directly
- Channel & Related - Directly**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- BE/ B.Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing- 4-5 years of experience in Channel sales with automotive OEM

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Sales Planning and Execution
- Channel Management
- Financial Acumen
- Product Knowledge
- Technical/Commercial skills (DMS & SAP)"

**Behavioural Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
