Sales & Outreach Executive

We are looking for a Sales and Outreach Specialist to help grow our brand by connecting with potential clients and partners. This role will involve reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and promoting our products or services. You’ll play a key part in increasing sales and brand awareness by using a mix of direct outreach and digital communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Promote Products/Services**: Clearly communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients, using product knowledge and brand messaging.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- **Collaborate with Marketing Team**: Work with the marketing team to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and social media content.
- **Meet Sales Targets**: Set and achieve monthly sales targets through structured outreach and client engagement.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year in sales, outreach, or a related role.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Ability to understand and address client needs, building trust and long-term relationships.
- **Organizational Skills**: Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- **Familiarity with Social Media**: Basic understanding of social media platforms and their role in brand outreach.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
