Administrative Officer with Osmania University Board Experience

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the Osmania University Board on academic, examination, and affiliation matters.
- Manage timely communication and submission of documents, reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to university guidelines, policies, and schedules.
- Oversee daily administrative functions, including office management and documentation.
- Maintain and update records related to students, staff, and institutional approvals.
- Prepare and present reports on institutional performance and academic progress.
- Manage audit preparations and document verifications.
- Address student queries related to academic issues, certificates, and university processes.
- Support faculty with updates on curriculum changes, exam schedules, and other relevant information.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in administrative roles, with specific experience working with **Osmania University** or similar educational boards.
- Strong knowledge of Osmania University’s policies, examination procedures, and academic regulations.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management systems.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
