Patient Relation Executive

Overview:
As a Patient Relations Officer (PRO) at EasyHeals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient satisfaction, facilitating smooth coordination between hospitals and patients, and contributing to the growth of our network by onboarding new hospitals. You will be responsible for addressing patient concerns, coordinating medical appointments, and establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Advocacy: Act as a primary point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and empathetically.
- Appointment Coordination: Facilitate the scheduling of medical appointments for patients, ensuring timely access to healthcare services.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve patient issues, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Hospital Coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with hospitals and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
- New Hospital Onboarding: Identify potential hospital partners, negotiate agreements, and oversee the onboarding process to expand our network and service offerings.
- Patient Education: Provide patients with relevant information about healthcare services, treatment options, and insurance coverage to empower informed decision-making.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointments, and feedback, utilizing CRM systems and other tools for efficient data management.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics related to patient satisfaction, appointment adherence, and hospital partnerships, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and business development, to drive patient engagement and enhance service offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, adhering to ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
