**Job Title: Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator**
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 INR per month
Gender Preference: Female
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team remotely. This entry-level role involves telecalling, sales coordination, CRM management, and leads management to support our sales team and ensure excellent customer relations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Telecalling**: Reach out to potential and existing customers to provide product/service information, address inquiries, and follow up on leads.
- **Sales Coordination**: Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication.
- **Leads Management**: Manage and prioritize leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking lead progress in the CRM system.
- **Quotation Management**: Create and maintain quotations using PandaDoc.
- **Quotation Follow-Up**: Follow up with clients regarding quotations sent by salespeople to help close deals and address any additional queries or concerns.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information, interactions, and lead statuses for 3-4 salespeople. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Customer Relationship** **Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving any issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Google Reviews**: Increase the company’s Google review score by encouraging satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.
- **Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with leads, clients, and quotations to maintain engagement and identify new sales opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics for the sales team.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 0-1 year of experience in telecalling, sales coordination, customer service, or leads management.
- Languages: English, Hindi.
- **Leads Management**: Basic understanding of managing and nurturing leads.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not required.
- **Sales-Driven**: Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to supporting sales efforts.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Work from Home Setup**: Stable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
