Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns within HubSpot CRM.
- Ensure that campaigns align with organizational goals and target audience.
- Develop and adhere to a monthly calendar for CRM activities and campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM activities with broader business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns using HubSpot analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on campaign metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of CRM activities with the sales pipeline.
- Monitor and report on the progression of leads through the sales funnel.
- Implement lead generation strategies within HubSpot CRM to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Manage and execute assigned CRM projects and tasks.
- Oversee the customer support ticket system within HubSpot.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer tickets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-4 years) in CRM management, with a focus on HubSpot.
- Background in campaign management and lead generation.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report

on progress.
- Commitment to ensuring timely responses and resolutions for customer support tickets

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
