**Title: Sales & Marketing Executive**
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness for the company's products or services. You'll play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Identify potential clients and leads through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop sales strategies to attract new customers and expand the company's client base. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Understand clients' needs and objectives, and propose solutions or additional products/services to meet their requirements. Provide excellent customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries or concerns.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and fill the sales pipeline. Utilize online and offline methods, such as content marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, trade shows, and networking events, to generate leads and drive inbound inquiries.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry. Stay informed about market developments, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Track sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI using sales analytics tools and CRM systems. Generate regular reports and presentations to provide insights into sales trends, pipeline status, and marketing ROI. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to align efforts and achieve shared goals. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of objectives, timelines, and expectations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and ROI.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
