**Sales Executive**
- The Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving sales growth and revenue for the manufacturing company. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the manufacturing industry.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospects.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and contracts with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Address client issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends.
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to fulfill customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to share market insights, customer feedback, and sales strategies.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- **Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
