**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the primary school curriculum to ensure it meets educational standards and the needs of all students.
- Coordinate with teachers to develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum objectives.
- **Teacher Support and Development**:

- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for primary school teachers through workshops, training sessions, and mentoring.
- Assist teachers in the implementation of effective teaching strategies, classroom management techniques, and differentiated instruction.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Develop and oversee the administration of formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and achievement.
- Analyze assessment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for enhancing student learning outcomes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
