**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly review and update curriculum materials and teaching methods.
- Ensure alignment of curriculum with state and national educational standards.
- **Teacher Support and Development**:

- Provide guidance and support to primary school teachers in instructional methods and classroom management.
- Organize and conduct professional development workshops and training sessions for teachers.
- Facilitate collaborative planning and sharing of best practices among teachers.
- **Student Assessment and Performance Monitoring**:

- Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate student performance and progress.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to address them.
- Work with teachers to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students who require additional support.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Prepare reports on academic progress for school administration and parents.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, educational regulations, and accreditation standards.
- **Parental Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s academic progress and any concerns.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings and other school events.
- Provide resources and support to parents to help them support their child’s learning at home.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
