**Position Overview**: As a Sales Manager at Green Hygienes, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring timely payments, and closing sales deals. Your focus will be on following up with clients, conducting in-person meetings, and driving order closures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any payment-related issues.
- **Client Meetings**: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with clients to discuss their needs, present our products, and build strong relationships.
- **Deal Closure**: Negotiate terms and close deals for orders, working to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and order statuses. Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and address any issues promptly.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the hygiene or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
