Franchise Sales Executive

Job Description:
As a Franchise Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of the company's franchise network by identifying and securing new franchise partners. You will play a crucial role in prospecting potential franchisees, guiding them through the franchise sales process, and ultimately closing deals. Your goal will be to expand the company's presence through strategic franchise development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, industry events, and trade shows.Qualify leads by assessing their financial capability, experience, and alignment with the company's brand and values. Conduct initial screening calls or meetings to determine the suitability and interest of prospective franchisees.
- Franchise Sales Process: Guide potential franchisees through the sales process, providing them with information, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns. Conduct presentations and meetings to present the franchise opportunity, business model, and support services.Customize presentations to showcase the benefits and advantages of the company's franchise offering.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle.
- Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and persuasive product presentations to potential customers. Showcase the features, advantages, and unique selling points of the products. Customize presentations to address customer requirements and demonstrate how the products can solve their specific challenges.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotes.Close sales and secure customer commitments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of sold products.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Generate regular sales reports and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, their features, and benefits. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings. Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record in franchise sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of franchise industry trends and regulations.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
