As a Presales and Postsales AE at BEACON India, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support during the presales and postsales process. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand our customers' needs and provide them with the information and solutions they require. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their needs.
2. Collaborating with our sales and technical teams to create and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers.
3. Assisting the sales team in delivering accurate and timely quotes, pricing, and technical information to customers.
4. Providing technical support and assistance to customers after the sale, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and serving as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business objectives.
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings to ensure that we are providing the best solutions to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in presales, postsales, or customer support roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical expertise and the ability to understand complex products and solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals.
