**Stipend: Rs. 5000 per month + up to 3000 incentive**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Intern to join our team. The MIS Intern will work closely with our MIS department to assist in data management, analysis, and reporting tasks. This role offers valuable experience in database management, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the collection, validation, and analysis of data from various sources, including internal systems and external databases.
- Help maintain and update databases and data repositories to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the creation and customization of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Conduct research and data mining activities to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to our business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in MIS-related tasks and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
- Familiarity with database management concepts and SQL querying (experience with MySQL or SQL Server is a plus).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges and seeking opportunities for improvement.
