Business Devlopment Executive

We have rich expertise in this area and have provided **security surveillance(CCTV) on rent** on some very important and well-known events like independence and republic days.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1) **Business Development**:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/ITES and surveillance industry.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
2) **Sales Management**:
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, including negotiation and contract finalization.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
3) **Documentation and Project Management**:
Prepare and review all documentation required throughout the sales and project delivery process, including contracts, proposals, and agreements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and compliance with client requirements.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during implementation.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate before project closure.
4) **Tender Process and GeM**:
Manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant opportunities, preparing tender documents, and submitting bids.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and effectively navigate the platform to identify and pursue government contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive tender responses that meet client specifications and requirements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and client relationship management within the IT/ITES and surveillance industry.
Strong understanding of the tender process and experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
B.tech in Graduation is Mandatory.
Relevant certifications in business development, sales, or project management.
Prior experience working with government clients and navigating public procurement processes.
