Work Experience**:min 2 Yr's** of **Relative profile **OR Multiple in Personal Assistant, Operation, Administration, Corporate Relationship etc.

Qualification: Graduation (MBAwill prefer**)**

Job Location: Indiranagar, Lucknow

**Salary**:Rs. 28,000-35,000/- per month + Perks (Negotiable)

**Basic Requirements**

1. Advanced Microsoft Excel **(V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Table, Duplicate, Conditional Formatting, Shortcut Keys)** with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.

2. Experienced with **excellent communications skills**, both written and verbal in **English.**

3. Excellent **Letter Drafting skills**, both **Hindi & English.**

4. **Typing Skills **in both **Hindi & English **will **prefer.**

**Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports.

2. Identifies issues and sources of potential difficulties in Agency management and operations; obtains information for analysis and evaluates alternatives for action; develops internal relationships necessary to effect solutions.

3. Analyzes proposed legislation and reviews analyses prepared by others; evaluates the impact upon Agency operations and drafts policy and procedural changes as required.

4. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

5. Ability to quickly build good working relationships at all levels and collaborate effectively with a range of internal/external contacts.

6. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by BOD, committees, and executives.

7. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.

8. Good organizational skills are critical along with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage time successfully.

9. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

10. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
