Joining the Record to Report Team as a R2R Compliance Advisor you will coordinate Compliance processes and activities within the TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer acting as main point of contact for the Record to Report GL Team Lead.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Assist the Record to Report team leader in ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI Musement legal entities with the TGBS analyzing and reconciling balance sheet accounts according Group Accounting and Compliance standards.
- Assist TGBS supervising Internal Controls to achieve internal group compliance for all entities under control.
- Assist TGBS supervising the correct submission of the quarterly self-assessment to Group Risk.
- Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled in line with Group standards
- Update the transactional internal control procedures documentation.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Accounting & Finance University degree.
- Good written and spoken language skills in English.
- Experience in audit Big-4 Company would be valued.
- A methodical, organised approach to the execution of his responsibility
- Strong Excel skills (SharePoint ability would be valued).
- Capacity to take initiative and solve problems with mínimal supervision.
