R2r Executive

Joining the Record to Report Team as a R2R Executive you will execute General Ledger activities within the TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) to provide a high level of service and support to the internal and external customers.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Assist GL Team ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI legal entities managed by TGBS executing accounting closing transactions.
- Answer internal customer queries and claims
- You will reconcile balance sheet accounts in line with Group standards.
- You will create journal entries and consolidate supporting documentation as well as assist in the production of financial statements and ad-hoc reports as required
- You will follow the financial control procedures and process documents.
- Provide support to the Finance Manager
- Continuously reviewing processes and looking for more efficient ways of working
- Key Contact for audit related questions
- You will record COSO controls evidences in the area (Controlled Operations Successful Outcomes) in order to achieve internal group compliance for all entities under control

**ABOUT YOU**
- Nice to have: University degree in accounting.
- Experience in similar role will be advantageous.
- Good written and spoken language skills in English.
- A methodical, organized approach to the execution of assigned tasks
- Strong Excel skills
- An individual who never stops looking ahead, raising improvements in current procedures, seeking new ways to delight customers and grow the business.
