**Role**:AGM - Mall Operations

**Responsibility**:

- Lead the operations of the mall to ensure customer delight & a secure environment to the retailers; Build & maintain retailer relationships
- Achieve profitability & revenue maximization by providing quality services to customers, superior facilities & support to retailers
- Develop the financial strategy, ensure safety & security standards, execute the annual budget to enhance footfalls/consumption significantly
- Finalize policies related to parking, housekeeping, systems and equipment
- Supervise the leasing process & all formalities prior to the opening of a store
- Supervise security & safety of the mall for intrusion or physical protection
- Develop, implement, and regularly update safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for both customers and staff.
- Conduct regular safety audits, drills, and training sessions to enhance emergency preparedness.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities to stay informed about and adhere to safety regulations.
- Oversee the planning and execution of horticultural initiatives to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the mall.
- Manage landscaping, green spaces, and interior plant displays to create a welcoming and visually appealing atmosphere.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for the procurement of plants, flowers, and landscaping materials.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security measures to safeguard the mall, its assets, and visitors.
- Supervise security personnel, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and stay updated on security trends and technologies.
- Implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall experience for visitors.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Foster a customer-centric culture among mall staff and service providers.
- Monitor and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments, including maintenance, housekeeping, and facilities management, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Implement technology-driven solutions to streamline operational processes.

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
