**Job Description - AGM/DGM Projects (SRA)**

**Job Title**

AGM/DGM - SRA Projects

**Job Specifications**
- The incumbent must have all round SRA project experience.
- Age group between 40-45 years, from central Suburb only.
- The incumbent must be well versed with SRA rules & regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible and accountable for the overall operation and management of SRA project.
- Responsible for Annexure II, eligibility appeals of slum dwellers, lottery of rehab, evacuation of slum dwellers including 33/38 process, maintaining relationship with society etc.
- Preparation of business plans, MIS etc.
- Liaisioning with BMC, SRA etc for project requirement and approvals.
- Coordinate with various outsourced agencies, internal departments of the organization, various stake holders like society, police, slum dwellers, politicians etc.
