Location:- Nagpur/ Mumbai
Experience:- 15+ years’ experiences in Water industries
Job Summary:
Candidate will be responsible for sourcing of equipment, goods and services and managing vendors, vendor evaluation, support during Tendering for right costing and managing Internal Clients.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies, contract strategies.
Conduct Vendor, Contractor identification & Evaluation adding vendors in each category of Purchase, manage contractor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Craft negotiation strategies, doing Rate Analysis, Presenting Total Cost of Ownership for management approval and close deals with optimal terms
Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
Assess, manage and mitigate risks
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability
Support During Tendering with right costing.
Should be ready to travel as per requirement to project sites & vendor premises.
Should be capable of handling a team size of 5-6 persons.

1. Experience of Working in EPC/PPP model project
2. Working experience of ERP/SAP
