Location:- Nagpur/ Mumbai

Experience:- 15+ years’ experiences in Water industries


  • Job Summary:


Candidate will be responsible for sourcing of equipment, goods and services and managing vendors, vendor evaluation, support during Tendering for right costing and managing Internal Clients.


  • Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies, contract strategies.
  • Conduct Vendor, Contractor identification & Evaluation adding vendors in each category of Purchase, manage contractor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Craft negotiation strategies, doing Rate Analysis, Presenting Total Cost of Ownership for management approval and close deals with optimal terms
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
  • Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
  • Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
  • Assess, manage and mitigate risks
  • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
  • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
  • Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability
  • Support During Tendering with right costing.
  • Should be ready to travel as per requirement to project sites & vendor premises.
  • Should be capable of handling a team size of 5-6 persons.
