Your Role and Responsibilities
- Understanding of key areas of client’s and IBM's businesses, business model, product, services, turnover, revenue, challenges, focus areas, goals and the competitors of the clients
- Understanding of the market trends in the clients/ IBMs business and how they impact immediate client or IBM at large
- Establish trusted relationships that foster healthy open dialogues with clients, or business groups, leading to solutions that address immediate business problems and create long-term value.
- Enabling and educating managers and other clients on Compensation principles, policies and programs
- Deploying all C&B programs and policies flawlessly and efficiently, focusing on operational excellence in all programs. Acting as s a change agent for clients for C&B Strategy, wrt business & market needs, introducing transformation in the way Compensation is managed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Prior experience as Compensation advisor / partner
- Knowledge and understanding of core Compensation concepts such as Compensation design and deployment, Planning and Budgeting, Fixed and variable compensation models including short and long term incentives, Job evaluation and benchmarking
- Understanding & Expertise on HR & Comp models/frameworks and ability to demonstrate a systemic approach towards attraction, Motivation & Retention of talent
