International Billing/invoicing Process(Bpo/kpo)

**Job description**
**) Main Role / Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support-Location -Malad,Mumbai**
a) Maintain and update sales records, including customer information, orders, and contracts, in the company's database or CRM system.
b) Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services to customers.
c) Coordinate with other departments, such as product, Presales, finance, to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
d) Generate and distribute sales reports and analytics to the sales team and management, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
e) Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
f) Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests for information, providing excellent customer service at all times.
g) Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts, including coordinating promotional campaigns or product launches.
h) Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information, adhering to company policies and data protection regulations.
i) Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed.
**2) Qualifications**
a) 2-3 years proven experience as a Sales administrator/assistant or similar role.
b) Experience in working within an international framework and with contacts abroad.
c) International Travel experience a plus.
d) Prior experience in the wholesale telecom industry is ideal.
e) Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
f) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
g) Self-motivated, able to think, work and act independently with mínimal supervision
h) Strong interpersonal and team oriented skills. Experience and ability to effectively collaborate locally & remotely with colleagues from diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds, in particular in Asia, Europe & the Americas
i) Demonstrates initiative and organization.
j) Ability to multi-task in a very fluid work environment
k) Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
l) Graduation and additional qualification is a plus, ideally in marketing, sales or business administration
