**Position Summary**

The Executive - Quality (EOL) is responsible for ensuring that quality standards and systems are followed in the manufacturing process. They monitor and analyze production lines, identify and address deviations, and implement corrective actions. They conduct inspections, handle rework, and verify compliance with regulations. The role involves training workers, generating reports, participating in audits, and improving product quality and safety. Key performance indicators include the right first-time rate, consumer complaints, and audit results.

**Responsibilities**

1. Complete top-of-line checks as per the specified frequency in the bottling and rinsing section.

2. Monitor critical process parameters such as strength, volume, CCP, OPRP, etc.

3. Daily update the production plan at OLI, EOL tablets, and analyze data to establish root causes and prevent reoccurrences.

4. Initiate root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for observed deviations at the production lines.

5. Handle rework at the EOL station as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

6. Verify changeover processes at the respective lines to ensure compliance.

7. Track the Right First Time (RFT) rate for respective lines and analyze data to establish improvement plans.

8. Support daily Finished Goods Warehouse Assessment (FGWA) for initiating corrections and corrective actions.

9. Impart training and counseling to workers related to personal hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, critical checks, etc.

10. Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) as per requirements for finished products.

11. Investigate and establish CAPA for consumer complaints and incidents.

12. Generate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports on trends related to OLI, EOL, exceptions, etc., with mitigation plans.

**Skills Required**:

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in online quality monitoring in a food & beverage industry of good repute.
- Good knowledge on ISO9001 & FSSC22000 standards.
- knowledge on FSSAI and other relevant regulations of the industry
- Knowledge & hands on experience on problem solving technics i.e. 7 QC tools etc.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
