Industry Preferable- Food Industry – ROLLER FLOUR MILL CHAKKI / ROASTING PLANT / CHATTU/ SUJI/ PULSES BACKGROUND/SPICES


Responsibilities:

  • Possess a clear understanding of the industry, technology trends with the distinction of instituting quality assurance practices to achieve business quality excellence.
  • Work closely and guide as required the Quality Control team across units for optimum output.
  • To ensure all raw materials are received, inspected, sampled, and disposition according to procedure.
  • Track customer feedback / complaints and accordingly make necessary process corrections as required.
  • Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points.
  • Manage the development and improvement of existing products, to better meet user needs.
  • Overall responsibility and reviewing food safety and quality management system.
  • Support all lab related upgrations across all units all locations.
  • All related audit compliances , maintenance and implementation of all related hygiene.
  • Supporting new plant commissioning.
  • Prepare and reviews technical documents and ensure that high standards of safety and regulatory are executed.
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Direct inspection and testing personnel to promote effective control of processes and products.
  • Work in close coordination with all verticals.



Qualification Preferred –B E / BTech / Diploma / B-Tech Food Technology/ M.Sc- Food /Microbiology.


  • Strong knowledge of quality control.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Ability to implement and maintain quality control measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
