Pre-Sales Executive

Ocean Realty Corporation is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into successful business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and cold outreach.

**Qualification and Discovery**: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives. Conduct thorough discovery calls and needs analysis to determine how Ocean Realty Corporation can provide value.

**Product and Service Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Ocean Realty Corporation's offerings, including real estate properties, services, and solutions. Articulate our value proposition clearly to potential clients.

**Sales Collateral Preparation**: Create compelling presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the pre-sales process. Address inquiries promptly and ensure a positive client experience.

**Competitive Analysis**: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas of differentiation and opportunities for improvement.

**Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support during the sales cycle, including attending meetings, answering queries, and assisting in negotiations.

**Sales Pipeline Management**: Track and manage leads through CRM software, update lead status, and provide regular reports to management on lead conversion progress.

**Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about real estate market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory changes that could impact the sales process.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Proven experience in a pre-sales or business development role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.

**Customer-Centric**: Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.

**Analytical Mindset**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand complex customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

**Team Player**: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related software.

**Time Management**: Able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

**Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹9,311.41 - ₹31,251.18 per month
