**Job Brief - **_**ADMIN ASSISTANT**_
We are looking for a competent Admin Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the company.

**IMWOW PVT LTD **is an online fitness and nutrition Company. Today, it is one of India’s topmost engaging and informative fitness communities with members across nations. We are totally into health and fitness. We create videos on diet, nutrition, workouts, health tips and more.
Our Sister company **GunjanShouts** is into health and fitness influencing wherein we have 1.30million Subscribers on YouTube. Our total views are more then 450+ million with 130 million+ watch hours. Our audience includes 77% women’s and 23% men’s from all over world (Including USA, CANADA as top most).
- Content upload and content distribution across our social media platforms
- Daily notifications on our app and monitoring the performance of the same
- ORM related tasks across platforms
- Following up with the Client feedbacks, client reviews and getting testimonials form them
- Respond to complaints from customers/clients and coordinate with after-service support when requested.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Pushing notifications on the app whenever required
- Posting on image and text feedbacks on company website
- Posting content on community whenever required
- Preparation of reports, basic analysis, MOM regularly.
- Coordinates projects/plans by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates with the help of team.
- Organizing team leaves on bases on pro-rata
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your reporting manager.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
- A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Written, Oral Communication Skills, and Analytical skills
- Time management, planning & organizing and analysis.
- Adaptable, comfortable in interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Have 1.5+ years of experience in relevant profile
**Qualifications**: A Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
**Work Location**: BPTP Centra One, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana, India
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
