**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will also be responsible to:

- Managing and acting as a gatekeeper for daily calendars - solving complex scheduling situations in an efficient and collaborative manner
- Communicating on behalf of the India Leadership team both internally and externally including customers and executive staff
- Organizing internal and external meetings, events, and activities for the region to ensure teams, customers, and partners feel engaged both in person and remotely
- Executing special projects by partnering with cross-functional teams and and Administrative Business Partners (ABPs) and Executive Business Partners (EBPs) while managing deadline pressures and communicating proactive updates
- Manage and establish vendor relationships in line with our Procurement policy in the country including ground transportation, promotional vendors, printing, etc.
- Building strong relationships with the India Leadership team and departments to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence within the organization as the local point of contact
- Managing India offices where it's related to usage, access, future planning, etc.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant/Administrative Business Partner
- Experience using Google Suite and Mac a plus
- Knowledge of software and tools such as Coupa, Navan, and Smartsheet a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Customer Success and Sales teams a plus
- Willingness to travel within India to offices
