**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Relations**:Greet guests warmly and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
**Check-In and Check-Out**:Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate information and timely service.
Verify and collect payment for guest stays.
**Reservation Management**:Manage room reservations, including taking bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Ensure accuracy of reservation information and communicate any special requests to the relevant departments.
Relay messages and information to guests and relevant hotel departments.
**Administrative Duties**:Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
**Problem Resolution**:Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
**Security and Safety**:Monitor and ensure the security and safety of the front desk area.
Follow hotel procedures in the event of an emergency.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and basic office software.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
