Front Desk Receptionist

Job Title**:Front Desk Officer**
Location**:Nariman Point, Mumbai**
Work Schedule**:Monday - Friday**
Experience**:Minimum** **2-3 years**
**Job Description**:
- **Reception Operations**: Efficiently manage EPABX systems, warmly welcome and assist guests and clients.
- **Telecommunication**: Oversee all telephone lines, handle activation, deactivation, and compliance of SIM cards, maintain accurate records.
- **Dispatch Management**: Monitor incoming and outgoing couriers and materials effectively.
- **Travel Management**: Facilitate the issuance of flight, train, and bus tickets, as well as accommodations for staff.
- **Event Management**: Coordinate internal events such as birthday and festival celebrations, and actively participate in organizing external events by liaising with hotels and other relevant vendors.

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
