Store Officer

We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Officer to oversee the management of our inventory and materials in our wooden industry. The Store Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient handling and storage of materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to ensure adequate supply.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy.
- **Procurement and Supplier Coordination**:

- Identify reliable suppliers for wood and other materials required for production.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Develop and implement efficient storage and organization systems for materials.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Monitor storage conditions, such as temperature and humidity, to preserve material quality.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and returns.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and material usage.
- Provide regular updates to management on inventory status and any issues or concerns.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Work closely with production teams to address any quality issues or concerns.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the consistency and reliability of materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
