Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability by placing orders and coordinating with suppliers.
Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain security and loss prevention measures to protect store assets.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Store Incharge, Store Manager, or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
