Patient Care Coordinator/guest Relation Executive

Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.
- Using your own judgment and communication skills ensure that patients with no prior appointment but who need urgent consultation are seen in a logical and non-disruptive manner.
- Explain practice arrangements and formal requirements to new patients and ensure procedures are completed.
- Taking care of patients and engaging them and helping them voluntarily.
- Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery.
- Provide information regarding various services available.
- Fix appointments over phone/person
- Be a link between the patients / attenders & the hospital.
- Attend all the VIPs and other guests and arrange the necessary things as per their requirements.
- To conduct floor rounds.
- Meeting the new admissions.
- Communicate updates of the patients to their relatives time to time.
- Ensure that the patients / attenders are kept comfortable at all times & ensure to meet their requirements as laid down in hospital rules.
- Engaging the patients. Talking to them and trying to understand.
- Helping the customers to fill the registration forms.
- Escorting to the floors during admissions.
- Accompanying to inter departments during it is referred by a consultant.
- Keep in touch with the Billing department to ensure the entries of all the diagnosis done for the respective patients.
- Collecting the reports and handing to over to the customers at the time of enquiry.
- Calling up out patient customers to find if they are happy with all the services provided.
- If the NPS is less then to be checked with the patients, calling up them
- Liaise with Consultants for non-medical issues.
- Ensure that the day to day report of all the floors/area reaches the concerned authority / personnel without fail.
- Be a bridge between the clinical & administration in all matters and maintain transparency in all dealing and execution.
- Regulate the patients coming for consultation.
- Providing the appointments list to Nursing departments and doctors.
- Handle the registration and billing process.
- Allotment of rooms for consultants as per the availability.
- Explain the packages and procedures costs to customers.
- Make bookings (reservations) for the beds.
- Collecting the feedbacks from all patients.
- To receive the VIP patient, accompany them to their room
- Ensure cleanliness of the waiting area and the doctors suites.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
