**Job Title - Healthcare Executive - Patient care coordinator**
**Summary of Duties** Responding to a high volume of in-bound /out-bound calls. Interacting with Patients, Clinicians, Office Staff, Hospitals, Pharmacy’s, Clinics, Home Care and, Insurance Companies. Scheduling patients according to company guidelines.

- Directing patients to the appropriate person/department for further assistance
- Maintaining clean and organized work space
- Keeping current with office and department procedures
- Participates in education activities and attends physicians staff meetings
- Adheres to Employee Handbook
- Maintains strictest confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Available at customer required timings for meetings when working offshore
**Skills / Attributes Required**
1. Medical Terminology knowledge
2. Ability to operate a computer, phone, and basic office equipment
3. Typing skills is must and able to type fast
4. Clear communication skill is mandatory
**Educational Qualification**
Any degree
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Tasks includes below but not limited to _
1. PAC calls support for patient care
a. Attend the calls coming in the soft phone
b. Assess / understand the need of the patient and assist them accordingly
c. Schedule them if it is needed based on their symptoms
d. Connect with the other department and respond to patient, if the task is handled by other teams
e. Phone etiquette must be followed
f. Gather the information from the other side person and send message if it is required assistance from other department through E HR or any other mode of communication channel
g. Always follow the client SOP’s and keep it handy.
h. Ask for assistance if in doubt.
i. Understand the need of outbound campaign and dial the calls and report back to your supervisor
j. Any unusual scenarios should be informed to your supervisor and discuss for solutions.
k. Flexible to handle multiple tasks
l. Daily check individual inboxes and clear the messages, unless if you are waiting for information from the other end
m. Connect with the respective office managers for the site location problem
n. Flexible to work on other functions if requested
