- Explain all aspects of hospital services to customers and how these services can be utilized to their advantage.
- Escorting patient/attender to admissions department to avoid delay in admission.
- Counseling the patient’s relatives when patient is getting emergency care.
- Coordinate with Ward/ICU staff to shift the patient and to check the availability of the beds for transfer outs.
- To check bed status with admissions department before admitting patients & update the same to the CMO's.
- Coordinating with OP/IP billing and Insurance department for all billing queries and insurance issues of patient attenders and consultants.
- Decreasing the TAT for In Patient discharges and to achieve patient satisfaction.
- Reduce waiting time at OPD's and innovate engagement in waiting time.
- Optimize OPD conversions to Health Check, Diagnostics & IP by patient and attender engagements.
- To collect feedback of patients in the OPD & IPD.
- Making occupancy list.
- IP rounds.
- Assist in Complaint solving and grievance redressal.
- Follow up calls and collecting reviews.
- Assist in the scheduling of OT and coordination on OT day.
- To report to the HOD - occurrence report / any problems
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of the section.
- Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
