**Job Specifications**
- **Required Experience: Only Ex-Serviceman are preferred with 10+ Years in Office Administration and Facility Management.**:
- **Work Location: Gurugram / Gurgaon - Work from office.**:
- **Qualifications: Any Graduation/Post-Graduation degree.**
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Leading and supervising the day-to-day facility management tasks and managing staff from various departments including but not limited to security, housekeeping, pantry, etc.
- Improvise the existing administrative processes & introduce new ones wherever required, handle general office maintenance, maintain inventory and timely repair/servicing of office equipment.
- Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping and allocation of parking space. Instructing team on best practices to maintain the property.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining official records and reports.
- Hiring external vendors for installation & maintenance work, keeping contracts, preparing budget for maintenance and execution within the set deadline.
- Coordination with top management and enable office maintenance.
- Up-keeping and ensuring the maintenance of the entire office facilities such as generator management, CCTV/security management, fire safety management, furniture, office stationery, housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, etc.
- Ensuring a safe, secure, hygienic, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Assisting the HR Team in the execution of HR/Admin-related activities by planning, scheduling, and coordinating events, outings, onboardings, and other day-to-day activities.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Arrangement of lunch/snacks in the office as and when required.
**Required Skill-Set**
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills. Having contacts with vendors already will be an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Willing to travel for admin-related work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; a strong sense of being of service to the team.
- Proven work experience as an administrator/executive.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Should be proactive in his approach.

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
