Telesales Executive to join our energetic sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you'll be at the
forefront of connecting with potential clients, promoting our range of financial products and services
communication skills, and enjoy the challenge of meeting sales targets, then this role is perfect for
you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell our financial products and
- services.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our offerings, addressing client inquiries with
- confidence and professionalism.
- Assess client needs effectively and guide them in selecting the most suitable financial
- products based on their requirements and eligibility.
- Provide alternative product recommendations when necessary to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize overall sales performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in telesales, preferably within the finance industry or a similar domain.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
- handle objections effectively.
- Demonstrated persuasive abilities and a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals.
- Sound knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and familiarity with telephone systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- **Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.**:
- **Previous experience in telesales or a related role is advantageous**.
- Familiarity with insurance, mutual funds, and financial services is a plus.
